NOW Foods milk thistle extract with 750 mg per capsule and 600 mg silymarin, in 90 vegetarian capsules.

Product details

A concentrated botanical extract

Milk thistle has been used by traditional herbalists for centuries. This maximum-strength product has five times the milk thistle extract per capsule of NOW's regular-strength version, which has 150 mg per capsule.

What is in the capsule

Each capsule provides 750 mg of extract, with silymarin listed at 600 mg. It sits in a hypromellose (cellulose) capsule with ascorbyl palmitate, microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide. The label describes it as vegetarian or vegan and non-GMO, made and quality tested in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. As it is a plant-based product, the manufacturer notes that natural colour variation may occur.

How to use

Take 1 capsule daily. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
