LecithinNOW Foods Lecithin, 200 Softgels

Soy lecithin in a softgel

NOW's lecithin softgels use non-GMO soy lecithin and soybean oil, carried in a bovine gelatin shell. The label lists naturally occurring phosphatidyl choline, essential fatty acids and inositol.

Pack size and diet notes

The pack holds 200 softgels, around 66 days at the suggested three a day. The brand describes it as non-GMO and kosher, and notes that it contains gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegetarians. The label says it is not made with yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, milk, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients, though it is produced in a facility that processes them.

How to use

Take 3 softgels daily.
