Product details

A single-ingredient amino acid powder

L-Lysine Pure Powder is an essential amino acid supplied with no other ingredients added. The manufacturer says lysine must be obtained through the diet or through supplementation, and that this is a pharmaceutical-grade product.

A measured spoonful at a time

The suggested amount is a quarter of a level teaspoon a day, so a 454 g tub goes a long way. The brand describes it as non-GMO, vegetarian, vegan and kosher.

How to use

Take 1/4 level teaspoon daily.
