The softgel shell is made from BSE-free bovine gelatin, glycerin and water, so it is not vegetarian. The vitamin E comes from non-GMO soy. NOW Foods lists it as non-GMO and kosher (contains gelatin), made and quality tested in the USA, and the bottle holds 250 softgels.

How to use

Take 1 softgel daily with a meal.
