Vitamin C and zinc in one capsule

C-1000 Zinc Immune pairs 1,000 mg of vitamin C with 15 mg of zinc in a single capsule. The zinc is TRAACS zinc bisglycinate, a chelated form that the manufacturer says has been studied against other zinc forms.

Take one capsule daily with a meal.
