B-50NOW Foods B-50, 250 Veg Capsules

A full B-complex

B-50 provides a full complement of B vitamins together with choline and inositol. NOW Foods notes that B vitamins are water soluble and, apart from B-12, have limited storage in the body. The label lists the capsules as vegetarian and vegan, kosher, halal and non-GMO.

A year's supply

The suggested use is one capsule daily with a meal, so a 250-count bottle covers more than eight months. The capsule is hypromellose (cellulose), with ascorbyl palmitate, maltodextrin and silicon dioxide.

Brand and manufacture

NOW Foods states that it has been family owned since 1968 and that the product is made and quality tested in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. Natural colour variation may occur.
