Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an herb extensively used in Ayurveda, the traditional herbal system of India. This product presents it as a standardised extract in a cellulose capsule. The label lists it as vegetarian and vegan, kosher, halal and non-GMO.

Everyday dosing

The suggested use is one capsule two to three times daily, so a 180-count bottle lasts between 60 and 90 days. The capsules are made from hypromellose with stearic acid and rice flour, and contain no wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients.

How to use
