How to use

For ages 6 and over, take two soft gels daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. The soft gels can be chewed or swallowed.

Before you choose

Contains fish (anchovies and sardines), and the soft gel capsule is made with gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Consult a physician before use if your child has a known medical condition or is taking medications, including blood thinners. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not take if the tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
