KalmAssure is a magnesium supplement using magnesium citrate. Each capsule provides 105 mg of magnesium, so the four-capsule daily serving gives 420 mg. The label describes it as suitable for daytime or night-time use and as made in a certified GMP facility.

Vegan and free-from

The capsules are vegetable cellulose and the product is labelled vegan, gluten-free and certified non-GMO. It is free from synthetic colours and preservatives, and from milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame. A tub of 240 capsules is a 60-day supply at four a day.
