A superfood antioxidant blend

The formula adds a superfood antioxidant powder blend, including pomegranate, spinach and blueberry, providing 10 mg of polyphenols per serving. Other ingredients are cellulose, gelatin, sodium croscarmellose, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, glycerin, magnesium stearate and silica. It is free from gluten, wheat, dairy and artificial colours.

How to use

Women take 1 tablet daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Formulated for women, not for men or children. The label says not to take it if you are pregnant or nursing, and to consult a healthcare professional if you have a blood clotting issue or take any medications. It contains iron: accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6, and the label advises calling a doctor or poison control centre immediately.
