Alive Max3 Potency is an adult complete multivitamin containing 23 vitamins and minerals, including active forms of vitamin B12 (methyl B12) and folate (methyl folate). It also includes six plant-based blends, among them Daily Greens, Mushroom Defense, Omega 3/6/9 and Citrus Bioflavonoid blends.
How the potency is described
The label states that each three-tablet serving gives 200% or more of the Daily Value for 12 vitamins and minerals, plus a 200 mg Orchard Fruits and Garden Veggies powder blend. A 90-tablet bottle holds 30 servings, and the product is free from gluten and artificial colours.
How to use
Adults: take 3 tablets daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Not formulated for children. This product contains iron: accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6, so keep it out of reach of children and seek medical help immediately in case of accidental overdose.
