Plant-source calcium with added co-nutrients

Alive! Calcium Max Absorption uses Aquamin calcium, which is derived from sustainably sourced calcified red algae seaweed. Each four-tablet serving is formulated with vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and magnesium alongside the calcium.

Fruit and vegetable powders and free-from notes

A four-tablet serving also contains 100 mg of the brand's Orchard Fruits and Garden Veggies powder blend. The tablets are vegetarian and gelatin-free, and the label states they are free from wheat, dairy and artificial colours (they do contain soy).

What comes in the pack

This bottle holds 180 tablets. At the suggested four tablets a day, that is 45 days of use.

How to use

Adults take 4 tablets daily, preferably with food. For best results, take 2 tablets twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep tightly closed and store at room temperature, away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.

Before you choose

Not formulated for children. Do not take if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult a healthcare professional first if you have a blood clotting issue, kidney disorder, hypercalcaemia or hypercalciuria, or take any medication. Do not take with other supplements containing vitamin D. Contains soy. Do not use if the seal is broken or missing. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision. Per 4-tablet serving: 1,200 mg plant-source calcium; 100 mg Orchard Fruits and Garden Veggies powder blend.

Other ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid, citric acid, sodium croscarmellose, sodium bicarbonate, hypromellose, silica, glycerin.
