Alive! Adult Ultra is a complete multivitamin and mineral tablet containing 23 vitamins and minerals, including the active form of B12 known as methyl B12. The label states that 11 of them are provided at 200% or more of the Daily Value.

Plant-based blends alongside the vitamins

The formula also includes five plant-based blends, among them the Cardio, Daily Greens and Mushroom Defense blends. Each serving carries 100 mg of an Orchard Fruits and Garden Veggies powder blend.

What comes in the pack

The pack contains 60 tablets, and the suggested adult amount is one tablet a day, so it covers about two months. The tablets are not formulated for children.

How to use

Adults take 1 tablet daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

This is an adult multivitamin, not a children's product. Do not take it if you are pregnant or nursing, and speak to a healthcare professional first if you have a blood clotting issue or take any medication. The label carries an iron warning: accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6, so keep it well out of their reach and call a doctor or poison control centre immediately in case of accidental overdose. Do not use if the safety seal under the child-resistant cap is broken or missing. Keep tightly closed and store at room temperature, away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
