CoQ-10 with a small amount of black pepper

The black pepper extract in each softgel comes from the fruit of Piper nigrum and is standardised to 95% piperine, which Nature's Truth adds to aid absorption of the CoQ-10. The fill is based on rice bran oil, with soy and/or sunflower lecithin, inside a gelatin and glycerin shell coloured with yellow iron oxide.

Flexible daily amount

The directions allow one softgel one to four times a day, ideally with meals. That means the 120-count value-size bottle lasts anywhere from one to four months depending on how many you take. The softgels are described as quick release.

What is left out

The label states the formula is free of gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, artificial flavour, artificial sweetener and preservatives, and the manufacturer describes it as non-GMO.
