Pine pellets as an alternative to clay

Nature's Logic makes this litter from 100% natural ponderosa pine pressed into pellets. It is silica free and described by the manufacturer as virtually dust free, which may appeal if you want to move away from clay or crystal litters.

Suitable for cats and small pets

The manufacturer states it is safe for cats, kittens and small mammals, so it can also be used in hutches or cages as well as litter trays. It is unscented, relying on the pine itself rather than added fragrance, and is said to give long-lasting odour control. It comes in a 12 lb bag measuring approximately 4 x 13 x 22.5 inches.

Fill the litter box with 2 inches of litter.
