Fortifying Quercetin Nature's Life Fortifying Quercetin, 370 mg, 100 Capsules

A single-ingredient bioflavonoid capsule

Quercetin is a bioflavonoid found naturally in many fruits and vegetables, and this product provides it as a concentrated capsule. Nature's Life, which has been making supplements in California since 1975, labels it a dietary supplement in a vegetarian capsule.

Pack size and amount

Each bottle holds 100 capsules, with 370 mg of quercetin per capsule. The directions allow up to three capsules a day, taken 20 minutes before a meal, so the bottle runs from about 33 days at the highest amount to considerably longer at one a day.

How to use

Use only as directed. Take one vegetarian capsule up to three times daily, 20 minutes before a meal.
