Beta Carotene Nature's Life Beta Carotene 7,500 mcg (25,000 IU) 250 Softgels

Part of the Sun Food Energy line

Nature's Life sells this beta carotene under its Sun Food Energy name. The label states that all of the vitamin A content is supplied as beta carotene, and there are no other active ingredients in the formula.

How the softgel is made

Besides the beta carotene and its carrier oil, the softgel contains glycerin and lecithin from sunflower, with beeswax also listed. With a single softgel as the serving, it is easy to fit alongside other supplements you already take.

Pack size

The bottle contains 250 softgels. At one a day, that is roughly eight months of use from a single bottle, which suits anyone who prefers to restock less often.

How to use

Take one softgel a day with food. Use only as directed.

Before you choose

Not for anyone under 18. Ask a qualified health practitioner before use, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The softgel contains gelatin and beeswax, so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Store in a cool, dry place. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
