Fruiting body from three named species
Nature's Bounty uses the fruiting body of each mushroom, listed on the label by botanical name as Grifola frondosa (maitake), Ganoderma lucidum (reishi) and Lentinus edodes (shiitake). The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose, with ascorbyl palmitate as the only other listed ingredient. Nature's Bounty states the product is laboratory tested and made in the USA with ingredients sourced from around the world.
One capsule a day
The serving is a single capsule, ideally taken with a meal, so the 60-count bottle lasts two months. The bottle is small, about 10.8 x 5.1 x 5 cm, which makes it easy to keep with other daily supplements.
Suitable for vegetarians
