Ester-C is a branded form of vitamin C that the label describes as non-acidic and stomach friendly. This Maximum Strength version provides 1,000 mg in each coated tablet, so one tablet a day is the whole serving.
Tablet make-up and label notes
The tablet uses vegetable cellulose with small amounts of calcium silicate, maltodextrin, natural palm leaf glaze, triacetin, vegetable magnesium stearate and vegetable stearic acid. The label lists it as sodium free and non-GMO, suitable for vegetarians, with no gluten, wheat, milk, lactose, soy, yeast, fish, starch, sugar or artificial colour, flavour or sweetener. It is made in the USA with select ingredients from around the world.
How to use
For adults, take one tablet once daily, preferably with a meal.
