How to use

Adults take one softgel daily, preferably with a meal.

The softgel shell contains gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Store at room temperature and do not use if the seal under the cap is broken or missing. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet.
