Biotin Nature's Bounty Biotin 10,000 mcg, 180 Rapid Release Softgels

Biotin in an easy-to-swallow softgel

Biotin is a B vitamin, and this Nature's Bounty softgel provides it at 10,000 mcg. The rapid release softgel is sodium free and made without artificial colour, flavour or sweetener, sugar, starch, milk, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast or fish.

A six-month supply at one a day

The directions call for one softgel a day, so a bottle of 180 softgels lasts around six months. The label notes that the contents may change slightly in colour and appearance over time because of the ingredients used.

How to use

Adults take one softgel daily, preferably with a meal.
