This Norwegian cod liver oil is molecularly distilled, flushed with nitrogen and harvested in North Atlantic waters. It is a liquid, measured by the teaspoon, and it contains omega-3 fatty acids including EPA and DHA, as well as vitamins A and D.

Flavour and label details

The lemon and lime oils give it a natural lemon-lime flavour, and the brand adds its Quik-Sorb blend of ginger rhizome, amla fruit and capsicum fruit. Nature's Answer lists it as gluten free with no artificial preservatives, and has made supplements since 1972.

How to use

Take one teaspoon (5 ml) daily. The amount may be increased to three teaspoons daily. It can be mixed with water or juice. Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening.
