L-TheanineMicro Ingredients L-Theanine, 400 Softgels

Two ingredients in one softgel

This softgel pairs L-theanine, an amino acid, with magnesium glycinate. A serving provides 200 mg of each. They are suspended in a coconut oil and MCT oil base, giving a smooth softgel format.

Simple, pack-heavy supply

The directed serving is two softgels a day, so the 400-softgel pack lasts 200 days. Micro Ingredients says the softgels can be taken during the day or at night, and that it uses a cGMP facility and third-party lab testing. They are non-GMO and free of soy, dairy and gluten.

How to use

Adults take 2 softgels daily. Consult your physician for the best use for you.
