Despite the name, this MegaFood tablet is a simple daily one: each serving offers 250 mg of vitamin C alongside a real food blend. The blend totals 536 mg and includes brown rice, orange, amla fruit, rose hip fruit, cranberry, green bell pepper and wild blueberry.
Credentials and pack size
The tablet is Non-GMO Project Verified, tested for 150+ pesticides, gluten-free, certified vegan and kosher. The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, rice protein and hypromellose. This is the large bottle of 180 tablets, giving 180 days at one a day.
How to use
Adults take 1 tablet daily with a beverage, at any time of day, including on an empty stomach.
