Sea salt leads the ingredient list, followed by brown sugar, sugar and molasses, with red pepper, garlic, onion and red bell pepper for savoury depth. The bourbon character comes from natural flavouring that includes whiskey extracts, and paprika extractives add colour. It is a dry seasoning designed for shaking straight onto meat or fish.
