A Korean scrubbing ritual in gel form

This peeling gel takes its cue from ttaemiri, the traditional Korean body-scrubbing ritual, and translates it into a low-irritation exfoliator for the face. Rather than relying on harsh chemical acids, it uses a galactomyces enzyme complex derived from white rice, together with papain, to lift away dead skin cells for a smoother, softer feel.

Hydration built in

Seven forms of hyaluronic acid sit alongside amino acids to help keep skin hydrated and balanced after exfoliating. The gel also helps clear impurities from clogged pores, including blackheads, for a more refined-looking texture.

Tube size

The 75 ml (2.5 fl oz) tube is made in Korea and is easy to keep beside your cleanser for regular use.

How to use

After cleansing, apply to dry skin and massage gently in circular movements, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Before you choose

This is a rinse-off exfoliating gel rather than a daily cleanser, and it should be kept away from the eye area. The formula contains orange peel, patchouli and ylang-ylang oils with limonene. Korean-market product: packaging may show Korean text.
