Vegan B12 Maximum StrengthLive Conscious Vegan B12, Maximum Strength, 60 ml (2 fl oz)

A liquid you hold under the tongue

Rather than a tablet or capsule, this is a liquid taken sublingually, meaning under the tongue. It is unflavoured and based on methylcobalamin, the form of vitamin B12 used here, in a simple base of water, glycerin and organic citrus extract.

Strength and suitability

One 1 ml daily dose provides 5,000 mcg of vitamin B12, which is why the label calls it maximum strength. The manufacturer describes it as a vegan formula that is gluten free, dairy free, non-GMO, and free from soy, peanut and shellfish.

What is in the bottle

The 60 ml bottle gives 60 daily doses at the label amount of 1 ml. It is made in the USA from globally sourced ingredients, and colour may vary from bottle to bottle.

How to use

Take 1 ml sublingually (under the tongue) once a day.

Before you choose
