Neuro-Mag Magnesium L-Threonate Life Extension Neuro-Mag Magnesium L-Threonate 48 mg, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

A distinctive form of magnesium

Neuro-Mag uses magnesium L-threonate, a form of magnesium that the manufacturer says has been well studied. The ingredient is branded Magtein. Each vegetarian capsule provides 48 mg, and the label states that the product is gluten free and Non GMO LE Certified.

Three capsules a day

The suggested use is three capsules daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner, so a 90-count bottle lasts around 30 days. The label notes that magnesium L-threonate has less of a laxative effect than other forms of magnesium.

Capsule details

The capsule is made from vegetable cellulose, with microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, vegetable stearate and silica. The label asks you to read the entire label and follow the directions carefully.
