The vitamin E family in one softgel
Vitamin E is a family of eight related, fat-soluble compounds widely present in plants. They divide into tocopherol and tocotrienol groups, each with alpha, beta, gamma and delta fractions. Gamma E contains mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols, which Life Extension describes as the complete spectrum of vitamin E compounds. The label states it is gluten free and Non GMO LE Certified.
Softgels and pack size
The suggested serving is one softgel once or twice daily with food, so the 60 softgel pack lasts 30 to 60 days. The shell is gelatin and glycerin, and the oil base is medium chain triglycerides and sunflower oil. Natural separation of the active ingredients may occur.
