Cooling comfort between feeds

Soothies Relief+ pads are made of hydrogel, which the manufacturer lists as water, glycerine and a cross-linked polymer of AMPS and PEG. They give a cooling feel between feeds and pumping sessions, and sit inside your bra to reduce friction against clothing.

Reusable through the day

The manufacturer says each pad can be reused for up to 24 hours. For a cooler feel, you can keep them in the fridge between uses. The soft fabric backing helps the pads stay comfortable under a bra through the day. The pads are free from BPA and BPS, according to the manufacturer.

What comes in the pack

The box contains six pads, each wrapped individually so you can carry them in a changing bag for use out and about.

How to use

Wash and dry your hands, peel a pad from its individual wrapper and place it inside your bra with the gel side against the skin. Wear it between feeds and pumping sessions, and keep spare pads in the fridge if you like a cooler feel.
