The pack holds 190 gummies. At the suggested amount, 1 gummy daily for ages two to three or 2 daily from age four, that is between 95 and 190 days.

How to use

Parents may give children aged 2 to 3 years one gummy bear per day, and children aged 4 years and over two gummy bears per day. Ask the child to chew each gummy thoroughly.
