Sweetened corn flakes with added vitamins and minerals

These flakes are made from milled corn with sugar and malt flavour, then given their strawberry milkshake taste with natural and artificial flavouring. The ingredients list eight added vitamins and minerals, including iron, niacinamide, folic acid, vitamin D3 and several B vitamins. The pink tint comes from vegetable juice and beta-carotene.

A sweet cereal for breakfast or snacking

Serve a bowl with your usual dairy or plant milk in the morning, or eat a handful dry as a snack. The manufacturer also suggests crushing the flakes to scatter over ice cream as a crunchy topping, which makes the box useful beyond breakfast time.

Milled corn, sugar, malt flavor, contains 2% or less of salt, vegetable juice for color, natural and artificial flavor, beta-carotene for color. Vitamins and minerals: iron (ferric phosphate), niacinamide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride), folic acid, vitamin D3, vitamin B12.
