Layers made to handle leaks

Each KeaBabies pad has three absorbent layers of viscose made from bamboo, sealed by a waterproof outer layer for extra security against leaking milk. The bamboo viscose side sits against your skin, with a polyester front facing your bra. KeaBabies says they are designed to blend in with nursing bras so they do not show under everyday clothes.

A week's rotation of reusable pads

With 14 pads, you have enough for about a week of changes before washing. They are machine washable and can go in the tumble dryer, and the included laundry bag and wet bag keep used pads separate until wash day. If you have a heavy flow, the manufacturer suggests changing pads every five to six hours.

Choosing your size

These are size Large, 5 inches (about 12.7 cm) across, which KeaBabies suggests for B to D cups. The range also comes in Medium (4.6 inches) for A to C cups and X-Large (5.6 inches) for D cups and above. The colourway is Pastel Touch.

How to use

Place a pad inside each cup of your nursing bra with the bamboo side against the skin and the polyester side facing the bra. Wash and dry the pads before reusing them.
