Jarro-Dophilus EPS (Enhanced Probiotic System) combines eight complementary probiotic strains, which Jarrow describes as clinically studied. They are delivered in vegetarian capsules with an EnteroGuard enteric coating that is designed to protect the bacteria from stomach acid.

The label describes the capsules as gluten free and Igen Non-GMO tested, and says Jarrow has made consumer probiotics since 1986. They are blister-packed and do not require refrigeration, although refrigeration extends shelf life; avoid storage above 25°C (77°F).

How to use

Adults take 1 capsule once a day with water or juice, preferably on an empty stomach, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
