Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a phospholipid that forms part of cell membranes. This product uses Sharp-PS, a concentrated phosphatidylserine derived from soy lecithin, which the manufacturer says gives it excellent stability.

Capsule details

The capsule is bovine gelatin and the formula also contains silicified microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, modified food starch, magnesium stearate and tocopherols. The label describes it as non-GMO and gluten free. Each bottle holds 120 capsules at 100 mg each, enough for 120 days at one capsule a day.

How to use

Adults take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day with a meal, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. Store in a cool, dry place.
