What is in the pack

The pack contains 100 tablets, so a daily routine of one or two tablets gives a good number of servings. The other ingredients are plant-based, and the manufacturer lists no wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts or sesame.

How to use

Adults take 1 tablet once or twice a day, preferably on an empty stomach or after a workout, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.

People under 18 and anyone with a medical condition (the label names epilepsy, seizures, mania and severe liver disorder) should speak to a healthcare professional first. Stop use if any adverse reaction occurs. Store in a cool, dry place and do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision.
