Jarro-Dophilus Ideal Bowel Support features a single human-origin probiotic strain, Lactobacillus plantarum 299v (LP299V). The manufacturer says the strain resists stomach acid and bile salts and has been studied in humans.

Storage and format

The capsules do not need refrigeration and can be kept at room temperature, though the label notes that refrigeration extends shelf life. Avoid storage above 77 degrees F (25 degrees C). How to use
