Co-Q10 Jarrow Formulas Co-Q10, 100 mg, 60 Veggie Capsules

Ubiquinone made with Kaneka Q10

This is Co-Q10 in its ubiquinone form, supplied as 100 mg per capsule and labelled with the Kaneka Q10 ingredient name. It is a single-nutrient formula, so it sits alongside a multivitamin rather than replacing one.

Capsule details and label notes

The capsule is a vegetable (hypromellose) shell and the manufacturer labels the product vegan and gluten free at regular strength. It is made with microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, with no wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame. Directions allow one to three capsules a day, so a bottle can last from 20 to 60 days.
