Calcium from microcrystalline hydroxyapatite
BoneUp 3 Per Day offers many of the nutrients of the regular BoneUp formula in a three-capsule daily serving that supplies 1,000 mg of calcium. The calcium comes from StimuCal microcrystalline hydroxyapatite (MCHA), sourced from free-range New Zealand calves, which also provides bone proteins including type I collagen.
Added vitamins and capsule
The formula also includes vitamins D3 and K2. The capsule shell is bovine gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans, and the label states there is no wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts or sesame.

How to use
Adults take 1 capsule 3 times a day (3 in total) with meals, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
