IP6 Gold Inositol Formula IP-6 International IP6 Gold Inositol Formula, 240 Vegetarian Capsules

An IP6 and inositol blend sourced from rice bran

IP6 Gold combines IP6 and inositol, sourced from non-GMO rice bran. The manufacturer says it contains naturally occurring plant-based minerals and describes it as a pure and potent blend.

Label details

The capsule is hypromellose (derived from cellulose) with hydroxypropylcellulose. The label describes the product as vegan, gluten free, BPA free, cGMP certified, third-party tested and Non-GMO Project verified, and free from artificial flavours, preservatives, dairy, lactose, soy, sugar and yeast.

Pack contents and powder equivalent

This larger bottle holds 240 vegetarian capsules, twice the 120-capsule size. The label notes that 8 capsules equal one scoop of the IP6 Gold powder, which is helpful if you are comparing it with the powder version.

How to use

Take two capsules twice a day, or as directed by a health professional, ideally on an empty stomach. The label allows up to 16 capsules a day as needed.
