Multi-Strain ProbioticInnovixLabs Multi-Strain Probiotic, 31 Strains, 60 Capsules

Thirty-one probiotic strains plus prebiotic fibre

This capsule combines a wide variety of probiotic strains, 31 in total, with prebiotic fibre in the same formula. The headline figure on the label is 50 billion, with a footnote stating that 5 billion live cultures are guaranteed at expiration.

Storage and what to expect on the label

Refrigeration is not necessary, though the brand says it maintains a higher probiotic count, and improper storage can affect potency. The capsule shell is vegetable (hypromellose and pectin). The bottle contains 60 capsules, one per day.

How to use

Take one capsule per day with a meal.
