Uber Energy HUM Nutrition Uber Energy, 60 Vegan Capsules

An adaptogen blend without caffeine

Uber Energy is built on a 1,180 mg herbal blend in which ashwagandha makes up the largest share at 600 mg, followed by eleuthero, Asian ginseng and ginger root extracts. Each extract is standardised to a stated level of its marker compound, such as 1.5% withanolides for the ashwagandha. Because there is no caffeine, it can sit alongside your usual tea or coffee without adding to it.

Two B vitamins alongside the herbs

Each two-capsule serving also provides 25 mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxine HCl and 20 mg of pantothenic acid as d-calcium pantothenate. HUM states the formula was put together by registered dietitian nutritionists and is triple tested and third-party validated for purity and quality.
