Water-soluble fibre from the konjac plant

Glucomannan is a natural dietary fibre taken from the root of the konjac plant, Amorphophallus konjac, which is grown in parts of Asia and has long been used in cooking. When it meets water it absorbs it and forms a soft, gel-like substance, which is why it must always be taken with plenty to drink.

Spread across the day with meals

The 4000 mg daily amount is divided into three doses of two capsules, each taken before a meal with one to two glasses of water. Each full day's serving also supplies 80 µg of chromium as chromium picolinate, which is 200% of the nutrient reference value.

Capsule and pack details

The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, so the product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The pack measures roughly 3.7 x 11.2 x 19.8 cm, and packaging may differ from the photos while it is being updated.

How to use

Adults take two capsules three times a day, before meals, with one to two glasses of water each time. Do not exceed the stated dose.
