A smaller patch for wearing out of the house

This is the smallest patch in the Mighty Patch line, made to sit discreetly on the face during the day. The thin hydrocolloid material covers the spot and, according to the manufacturer, helps stop you picking, popping or squeezing it. Hero suggests these for daytime and its Original patches for overnight wear.

Designed to blend in

Each patch is 10 mm across with tapered edges that are made to blend into the surrounding skin. The manufacturer describes it as so thin and comfortable that you may forget you are wearing it. Leave it in place for 6 to 8 hours, or until it turns white.

What comes in the pack

The pack holds 30 single-use patches, enough to keep a supply in a bathroom cabinet and a few in a bag.

How to use

Clean and dry the skin first. Peel a patch off its liner and press it onto the spot so it sticks well. Leave it on for 6 to 8 hours or until it turns white, then remove and throw it away. Wash your hands and the area afterwards.

Before you choose

These patches work best on whiteheads and are not suitable for cystic spots or blackheads. For external use only, and do not use on open wounds. Speak to your doctor first if you have sensitive skin or known skin allergies, and do not use if you are allergic to pectin or rubber. Stop using and ask a doctor if a rash or irritation occurs.
