Strong Lawn and Leaf 39 Gallon BagsHefty Strong Lawn and Leaf 148 L (39 Gallon) Bags, Black, Unscented, 38 Count

Heavy-duty bags for garden waste

These Hefty lawn and leaf bags are sized for leaves, grass clippings and twigs, and also work well for tidying a garage or basement. Each has a 39 gallon capacity, listed as 147.6 litres.

Thick plastic and a drawstring for heavy loads

The bags are made from extra-thick 1.1 mil plastic designed to resist punctures from sticks and sharp debris. A drawstring closure lets you pull the top shut and carry a full, heavy bag without needing separate ties.

What comes in the box

The box contains 38 black, unscented bags. Their dark colour keeps the contents out of view, and the lack of fragrance suits garden waste, garage clear-outs and storage jobs alike.

How to use

Open a bag and hold or prop it open while you fill it with leaves, clippings or clear-out items. Pull the drawstring tight, tie it and carry the full bag to where it is being collected.

Before you choose

These are large bags intended for garden and clear-out jobs rather than a standard kitchen bin. Check your local rules for garden waste collection before using them. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
