Giovanni Direct is a leave-in treatment you comb through towel-dried hair straight after shampooing, so there is no extra rinse step. It is designed to add moisture and smooth out knots, making combing and styling easier. The formula is light enough that the brand says it will not weigh hair down or leave it greasy.

Organic botanicals in a simple base

The base is purified water with cetyl and stearyl alcohols, vitamin E and pro-vitamin B5 (panthenol). Most of the plant ingredients are labelled USDA certified organic, including grapefruit, aloe vera leaf juice, chamomile, rosemary, lavender, thyme and mallow. Giovanni states it is made without sulphates or parabens.

For straight, wavy or curly hair

The brand describes it as suitable for all hair types and textures. Once it is combed through, let hair air dry or blow dry it for extra body. Giovanni suggests pairing it with other products from its Eco Chic hair care range.

How to use

Apply to freshly shampooed, towel-dried, damp hair and comb through so it is evenly distributed. Do not rinse out. Air dry or blow dry for body.
