86% Dark Chocolate SquaresGhirardelli 86% Dark Chocolate Squares Midnight Reverie - 15 Squares

Cocoa butter, vanilla and very little sugar

Ghirardelli, an American chocolate maker that belongs to the Lindt & Sprüngli group, builds these squares on bittersweet chocolate. The recipe pairs unsweetened chocolate and cocoa butter with a small amount of sugar and milk fat, plus vanilla and natural flavour.

The middle bag size

With 15 squares, this bag sits between the 10 and 20-square options, giving enough for several after-dinner pieces or for sharing with another dark chocolate fan. The ribbon-tied bag also makes a neat small gift.

Part of the Intense Dark line

Midnight Reverie belongs to Ghirardelli's Intense Dark range, made for people who enjoy a strong cocoa taste. The individually portioned squares help you stop at one or two.

How to use

Untie the ribbon on the bag and take out a square to enjoy after dinner. Follow the serving directions printed on the label.

Before you choose

At 86% cocoa this is a bitter, intense chocolate, so it may not suit anyone who prefers milk chocolate. It contains milk and soy (soy lecithin) and may contain tree nuts. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
