Vitamin Code Women is a comprehensive whole food multi-nutrient formula. It is designed for active women, and 23 powdered, organically grown fruits and vegetables add antioxidants, vitamins and nutrient cofactors. Live probiotics and enzymes are also listed on the label.
What RAW means and what is in the capsule
Garden of Life says RAW products are made without high heat, synthetic binders, fillers, artificial flavours, sweeteners or colours. The capsule is vegetable cellulose with organic potato starch and organic gum arabic. It is Non-GMO Project Verified and kosher, and the bottle holds 240 vegetarian capsules.
How to use
Adults take 4 capsules daily; the label says it is best taken as 2 capsules twice a day. May be taken with or without food. The capsules may be opened and the contents added to water or juice.
Before you choose
