The bottle is shelf-stable, so no refrigeration is required, and the capsule is a vegetable cellulose (non-GMO) capsule. It can be opened and the contents taken with water or juice. The bottle holds 30 capsules and measures 2.32 x 2.32 x 4.63 inches (2.56 ounces).

How to use
