Ashwagandha Root Liquid Phyto-CapsGaia Herbs Ashwagandha Root, 180 Liquid Phyto-Caps

An adaptogenic herb in liquid-filled capsules

Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that the manufacturer says has been used for over 2,000 years. This version puts the root into Phyto-Caps, a liquid-filled capsule with a vegetable glycerin and water fill inside a vegan hypromellose shell.

Label details and what the pack covers

The manufacturer labels the product vegan and gluten free and states that Gaia Herbs is a Certified B Corporation. At the label serving of 1 capsule twice daily, 180 capsules last 90 days. Natural separation of the liquid may occur; the manufacturer says this does not affect quality.
